We provide physical requirement comment for each of our tours, mostly an easy low. However, you should know Korea has lots of hilly roads and stairs at every destination. You can tell us your physical condition or preference in advance so it will help us to design your trip.

We try our best to help you experience more, but some destinations may be challenging for those with wheelchairs or other assistive devices. Check the itinerary and make good adjustments with us in advance.

Preparing travel insurance is highly recommended for travelers as emergency medical costs are all personal responsibility.

Most tours will go ahead in all weather conditions with switching some destinations in case we can’t make it due to bad weather. However, if tours are cancelled under extreme circumstances, we will contact you to move your tour to another day.

Tipping for the good service is welcome all the time and entirely at your discretion.

Korea’s currency is WON. All shops, restaurants, even street food stands accept both Korean cash and credit cards, but small street food or souvenir vendors accept Korean won only. You can easily find ATMs everywhere but sometimes the credit card issued abroad doesn’t work at some ATM machines. It is a good idea to travel with a credit card, an ATM card, and some cash together.

Yes you can keep discussing and adjusting about the itinerary until you get a confirmed tour itinerary. The tour price can be changed according to the changes of travel distance, tour hours, transportation types, or the number of the people. After getting a confirmed itinerary, modification fee may be charged additionally.

You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit for your booking to be confirmed. The payment of deposit and balance has different amount and due-date for the selected services. Please check them on the tour itinerary you received. If the balance is not paid by the due-date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

Our team starts booking your services with our local suppliers and guides straight away. Many of these services are non-refundable and can’t be transferred back.

Once you've made your booking with a deposit payment done, your tour is automatically confirmed. Whenever there is an update before the trip begins, we’ll reach you right away.

Plans can change! You can change your travel plans up to 30 days before departure (with no fees) and hold onto your deposit as a credit for future travel. If you want to change your trip dates less than 30 days before departure, you may incur a cancellation fee depending on the selected services. Please check them on the confirmed itinerary.

If you need to cancel your tour before the trip starts, we can process cancellations only when we have a received written confirmation from you by email or by SNS. Depending on the departure date or the selected services, you may be charged a cancellation fee as our cancellation policy. Please check the cancellation fee rates for on the confirmed itinerary.

We may cancel a tour prior to departure due to natural disasters, political instability or other external events which are not possible for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can choose an alternative tour date or receive a full refund.
